This study aimed to develop a comprehensive digital scan anthropometric registry that assesses Malaysian data on the sizes and shape remotely to enable the understanding of health status and wellness. The anthropometric medical registry is necessary for the development of medical wear that solves the problems of misfit wear among critical needs patients and help improves the quality of health care in Malaysia.

VISIT is an online patient agenda tool which allowed patients to enter their agenda items pre-consultation for doctors to view on their electronic medical records (EMR) in primary care clinics at the UMMC hospital. The study aimed to measure the impact of this website on consultations via a cluster randomised control trial.

The Virtual Patient project is an initiative by the Faculty of Medicine in response to the Covid Pandemic where medical students lacked access to patients at the hospital and clinics. The developed Virtual Patient called MyViP@UM, aims to help in teaching clinical reasoning skills to medical students in a safe environment. MyVIP@UM is jointly developed with the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology.
